Crown Home Watch offers the following Concierge Services
While Crown Watch Home Services began strictly as a Home Watch Service, we quickly realized that our clients required services above and beyond what is covered under our Home Watch Services. After much careful consideration and consultation with our clients, we added Crown Home Watch Concierge Services.
For example, when Southwest Airlines expanded its service to fly directly into Sarasota International Airport (SRQ), there was less need to fly into or out of Tampa International. The demand for transportation to and from SRQ airport increased dramatically.
We added a transportation service to and from SRQ airport to meet our client’s requests. We charge a fair hourly rate for this service and require a minimum of 48-hour notice. Unlike other transportation services, we guarantee our driver to be there to greet you upon arrival or pick you up for your departure rain or shine at the time you choose. We handle all booking details, gate access and payment ( excludes driver tip) The service will simply appear as a line item on your monthly invoice.
Also, we know how exhausting travel is. It’s no longer a fun experience. The last thing you may feel like doing upon arrival is grocery shopping for dinner or breakfast in the morning. Crown Home Watch can also take care of this for you. Call in your shopping list to your favorite local food market within Lakewood Ranch and we will pick it up for you and stock your refrigerator and pantry prior to your arrival.
Over the years, we have developed a strong alliance with local vendors that provide all the services that our clients may require. From Electricians and Plumbers, to HVAC technicians, Pest Control and Pool technicians,Crown Home Watch has you covered. We prefer to work with small family owned local businesses, the ones that answer their phone and can get to our clients at a moments notice. - Deliver and pick up your vehicle to the dealer for service (CHW must be added to your insurance coverage)
- Travel and vacation services – We have an excellent Alliance Partner with almost 30 years of experience who specializes in cruises and vacation packages.
- Vacation rental on Anna Maria Island, fully equipped 1 bedroom condominium, private beach access, 3-minute walk to beach or private fishing dock, pool, gym, pickle ball, tennis, and barbeque area. Available to Crown Home Watch clients only.
- Vacation Rental By Owner ( VRBO) – We offer key holder service and will meet and greet your rental clients when they arrive. We will collect the key when they leave and report back to you any obvious issues since our initial visit. We do not collect rent or deposits.

Concierge Service charges are based on our normal business hours, Monday – Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Service after these hours will incur additional charges.
